Rockford Lutheran Schools encourages development of sportsmanship, leadership and teamwork by encouraging participation in athletics sponsored by school and local organizations.  Students are encouraged to partipate on Lutheran teams promoted by local organizations in football and boys and girls basketball.  Students in grades 5 - 6 are encouraged to participate as members of the Rock Valley Lutheran Athletic Conference in Cross Country, Co-ed Soccer, Spirit Squad, Track, and Volleyball.
