Trey Fisk, Head Varsity Coach

Coach Fisk is entering his 3rd year as head cross country coach at Rockford Lutheran. Fisk guided the Crusader girls’ team to a third place finish in the 2006 IHSA Class A State Championships while mentoring 7 All-BNC performers and one IHSA All-State cross country selection on the boys’ side. Trey is starting his fourth year of teaching Physics in the Rockford Lutheran Science Department and his 3rd year as the head boys track coach. He taught mathematics and physics for 11 years at Springfield (IL) Lutheran High School as well as served as the head boys & girls cross country and head track coach for the “capital city” Crusaders. Coach Fisk coached one IHSA All-State runner in cross country, a two-time IHSA Class A All-State 400 meter champion, and an IHSA Class A State runner-up high jumper. Coach Fisk ran cross country and track at Triad High School in St. Jacob, Illinois and is a graduate of Concordia University – Chicago.
